Tariffs

Bundle pricing

We offer the same bundle prices for Sim Only and mobile subscriptions with a phone. However, a subscription with a phone must have a minimum internet bundle of 6GB. With a Sim Only, you can also opt for the 2GB bundle. Check out at our tariffs .

Subscriptions with a phone

Of course, you can choose to pay off your new phone in one go. This way, you simply pay the same monthly rates as a Sim Only customer. You can also make a one-time down payment for part of the phone cost. The remaining amount will be added to your monthly bill.

Would you rather pay off a little bit of phone each month? We can simply add this to your monthly charges.You will pay your normal bundle prices each month, plus the cost to pay off the device.

Out-of-bundle costs

BAt Simyo, you pay € 0.31 cents per minute or SMS when you have run out of minutes and therefore call outside your bundle. If you don't have an internet bundle or have you used up your data, you pay € 0.15 per MB. If your internet bundle runs out, you can buy additional MBs of data in My Simyo.

Can I also extend my mobile subscription?

When your Simyo contract expires, you will automatically be made contract-free. That means you can cancel your subscription, with a 30 days' notice. Would you like to stay with us for another year? You can extend your contract 3 months before the end of your current contract.

Does a mobile subscription always consist of a call bundle and internet bundle?

Do you use your phone just to make calls? It's possible to just have a call bundle with Simyo! Choose carefree calling with our unlimited calling bundle. A data-only bundle, without a call bundle, is not possible at Simyo.

I am already a Simyo customer. Can I still switch to a mobile subscription with a handset?

Prepaid

Are you a Prepaid customer? Switch over to a subscription first. You can easily set up this switch yourself via My Simyo. Please notice: to switch to a subscription with a phone, it’s necessary to select a data bundle of at least 6 GB.

Switching via My Simyo

Are you 18 years or older? Then you can switch to a Sim Only subscription. Log in to My Simyo and select ‘Switch to Sim Only’ under the ‘Overview’ Header. (Can’t see this button? Go to ‘Usage’ and select ‘Switch to Sim Only’ on the bottom of the page).

Select the bundles that suit your needs and confirm your switch. As you are already a Simyo customer, you should not have to pay any connection fees.

Within one working day we convert your Simyo Prepaid to a Sim Only subscription. You can keep using your current SIM card and phone number. As soon as the switch is successful, we will send you an e-mail to confirm this.

When the switch is completed, you can select your new phone via My Simyo. The phone will automatically be linked to your subscription.

Sim Only

Do you already have Simyo Sim Only, so a subscription without a phone? No worries - you can simply add a phone to this current subscription.

Please note: To switch to a subscription with phone, it's required to have an internet bundle of at least 6 GB.Is your contract not expiring yet? No problem! If you link a new phone to your current Simyo subscription, your contract is simply extended by 2 years..

Can I make the switch from Simyo Prepaid to Sim Only?

Yes, that is possible. You can initiate the switch yourself via My Simyo, via the steps below.

Switching via My Simyo

Are you 18 years or older? Then you can switch to a Sim Only subscription

  1. Log in to My Simyo and select ‘Switch to Sim Only’ under the ‘Overview’ Header. (Can’t see this button? Go to ‘Usage’ and select ‘Switch to Sim Only’ on the bottom of the page).
  2. Select the bundles that suit your needs and confirm your switch. As you are already a Simyo customer, you should not have to pay any connection fees.
  3. Within one working day we convert your Simyo Prepaid to a Sim Only subscription. You can keep using your current SIM card and phone number. As soon as the switch is successful, we will send you an e-mail to confirm this.

From that moment on, your My Simyo will also be transferred. You can log in with your own phone number and password.

Do you still have credit?

Do you still have credit left on your Prepaid SIM card? We will automatically deduct that from your first invoice. Do you still have credit left, after the deduction? We will deduct it from the next invoices, until the amount is settled.

Contract length and & cancellation period

Subscription with phone

2 year:

Your subscription will run for a minimum of 24 months after your SIM card has been activated. After that, your subscription automatically converts to an open-ended subscription. After that, your subscription can be cancelled monthly.

Interim cancellation:

If you cancel your subscription before your contract expires, for example after 15 months, we will charge a buyout fee to pay off the remaining months.

Cancellation:

After receiving your phone and SIM card, you may cancel your order within 14 days. If you do cancel your order, the following fees will be charged, if applicable:

  • The connection fee
  • The subscription costs for the period the subscription has been used
  • The usage costs

Other costs will be refunded.

Sim Only

1 year:

Your subscription will run for a minimum of 12 months after your SIM card has been activated. After that, your subscription automatically converts to an open-ended subscription. After that, your subscription can be cancelled monthly.

1 month:

Your subscription will run for a minimum of 1 month after your SIM card has been activated. As long as you do not cancel your subscription, a monthly subscription will be extended automatically. With a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time, but do take the 1 month cancellation period into account.

Interim cancellation:

If you cancel your subscription before your contract expires, for example after 8 months when you have a 1 year contract, we will charge a buyout fee to pay off the remaining months.

Cancellation:

After receiving your phone and SIM card, you may cancel your order within 14 days. If you do cancel your order, the following fees will be charged, if applicable:

  • The connection fee
  • The subscription costs for the period the subscription has been used
  • The usage costs
