When placing an order with Simyo as an international customer, you will need a Dutch address and a Dutch bank account. However, we can change the bank account to an international one later if you provide us with a copy of your ID and bank card. Please note that the address will still have to be a Dutch address.

The difference between an eSIM and a regular simcard is that an eSIM is digital and built into your device, while a regular simcard is a physical card that you insert into your phone.

To check if your phone supports eSIM, you can review your phone's specifications or check the manufacturer's website. You can also contact your mobile provider for assistance in activating eSIM on your phone.

Calling bundle: Do you primarily use your subscription for calling? At Simyo, you get 400 minutes/sms for only €6 per month, or opt for Unlimited Calling for just €7 per month.

Calling and internet bundle: Do you also want to use the internet? Our most affordable plan costs €7 per month. With this, you get a calling bundle of 400 minutes/sms and an internet bundle of 1 GB.

At Simyo, you can choose between 3 contract options: 1 or 2 years, or a monthly rolling contract. If you opt for a 1 or 2-year contract, you can only cancel after that period. If you want to cancel earlier, you can buy out your contract. With a monthly rolling contract, you can cancel every month with a 30-day notice period.
